Not sure where the White Washer (69RR) go on the ZBAR. Do they go in front of rubber seal or behind

Tom, they go between the Z-bar and the clutch rod, and the Z-bar and the fork rod, to keep a cushion between the metal-to-metal contact, and avoid wear. They are called the "dampener washer" in the above diagram...
