62 Dodge Dart parts availability?

I have a bunch of 62 Dart parts. PM me with any requests.

Joe Suchy has all of the reproduction and new parts for 62-65 cars.

I have a 62 Dart 2 door post car for sale that would make a good race car.

Like others said, I have traveled all over the US to get a 62 Dart

Did you have your 62 Dart listed for sale on this site?

Fixed, Wade. My fingers have gotten fat over the winter. Sorry. I just sent you a PM.

"My Dart" that I was going to buy ended up having paperwork issues. So I am going to broaden my search I guess. Not the end of the world, but that car checked most of my boxes.

Thank you for the advice and so forth. I will keep looking.

My buddy is trying to sell me a 62 Dodge Dart. It is missing interior etc. but has the glass, bumpers and so forth. Appears to be complete for the body or at least the lenses etc. are there. Window trim etc. As best that I can tell, it looks pretty complete. I know it is a hard to find car, but no hugely valuable. It seems to be about the only B body I can find that I can afford right now.

It is going to be a slightly crude street and strip car with minimal interior. This is fine, going to use different seats and so forth.

Here is my question:

What body parts are just unobtainium for the car as far as the body or other things go? Mechanical/interior are not a huge worry. I don't know if the heater or wiper system is there and if they are not, I will need to pick up some of them.
FACEBOOK has a 62-65 Mopar page that is very helpful with cool people too.

the wagon is now in Pa. and last I saw was on a for sale thread on this site. The other ones I had got sold at swap meet couple weeks ago.

getting old sucks!

you got that right!

There's the phrase,...the older I get the faster I was.

I'll add,...the older I get the farther it is.

I missed the purchase of the Cotton Owens D700 haul truck because I was looking at it with the Idea of me alone going to get It. Not that it was an impossibility, but would've been a large effort. I had talked to Neal for a while on it and received pix through the mail from him of it showing I was a few days thinking on it. I have placed those pix somewhere to where I have yet to find.

After it was gone I was talking to Jr French about it and he said he would've hauled it for me. I went DANG! why didn't I think of that! Crap! Ya get so used to doing everything yourself,... I went blank on other options.

Try Jim Kramer in Pennsylvania. I heard that he ended up with the dies. He made other parts for AMD.
