Looking for aftermarket vented gas caps for a 66 Belvedere. What are you 66 guys using in place of the outrageously priced one year only cap? I need to replace my current non vented with a vented cap. Thanks for your help.

Dont worry. The cap is not the original 66 only cap. I refuse to pay $500 for a gas cap. The cap on it is a Stant g28. I believe it is non-vented. So I guess I will try to find a replacement vented cap. Pic is current cap I'm using.

Im looking for suggestions for a fan shroud to use with a champion radiator. 383 is running hot at idle but nice and cool while going down the road. 50/50 coolant, 160 high flow stat, hd Hayden fan clutch and good flow of coolant when stat is open. Just not moving enough air at idle.

Just seems weird that if it was/is a bad tank of gas, why would it not run like crap all the time? Seems like I wouldn't have been able to drive roughly 100 miles from first stalling issue to when I had to get it towed home. Same gas the whole time.
