Lotsa work but it'll be worth it in the long run, don't lose heart. You can get some pretty nice re-popped sheet metal to replace the cancerous panels the ole girl's got. Be good as new

I'll post an update with pics that work soon. It has come quite a ways. I have all the glass and metal now and I'm building a frame jig to replace the rear half of the rear rails and the torsion bar crossmember... Engine has already been installed to mock-up the 4 speed conversion.
