1967 steering column help

I am n the process of rebuilding my steering column in a 67 satellite console car. Attached is the picture of the horn ring. A roller moves around the disc as you steer the car. Question is who has one? Or what do you do f you want the horn button work. I have not found any repo manufacturer for this part or a decent used one. Any suggestions?

Mopar Action just had a article on steering wheels and who repairs/rebuilds them. I gave my magazine away so no help here.You may find it on line.

not sure if missing anything - had an aftermarket wheel on it but without something to transmit the ground to the button I do not see how it can work.
