1969 Roadrunner (383) Motor Mount Question

Just need some clarification here. Done with my 69' 383 rebuild and placing back into the car in the coming days. I noticed that the motor mounts had a threaded hole in one side of the mount but a very large hole on the other (entry) side of the mount. is there a bushing that needs to close this bolt-to-hole gap on that one larger hole side of the mount?

Just replaced my drivers side last summer and I am pretty sure I remember a bushing involved between the bolt holes.
