1973 charger quarter panel replacement following

Can someone direct me to a previous posting: Black with red 73/74 charger. Owner replaced right quarter panel and rear floor pan. Appears someone covered the quarter panel with 2-3 inches of body filler, painted the charger black and sold it to current owner. His posting was originally searching for a right quarter panel.
