400 car BC collection on the block for sale....

Yeah there was another thread on here a while back
about that guy's collection/land for sale

Honkey Rasta Blaster Man

there was some cool cars,
not sure what property values are there...
Because it's been for sale for a while...

$1.4 Million Canadian or a little over $1 Million US dollars
cars $2500 each x 400 = $1,000,000
I think most aren't worth anywhere near $2500 in their current state
It must not be all that valuable or desirable land/building or the cars
it's been listed for a long time & he's added to the collection too...

I wonder what the zoning is ?
I didn't see or remember how much land {acres} or
buildings, IIRC it all comes with it...

looks like a freaken' mess in some photos,
the cars are kind of organized, but rusty too

Too far north, too much snow/winter for my taste,
but for snow country some of the cars look pretty decent...

It could be a good investment, just not for me...
There's probably a really good reason, as to why
it's still listed, just don't know what it is...

I'm sure he knows what he has too...
Not giving anything away...

Interesting story...

IIRC it's 5 acres, a house, several small building including a museum, and two large metal buildings in pieces on the ground that can be put up. All the cars are complete too, he has sold no parts off from them.

i need to get our and see Mike as I have not talked to him for about 4 years and did not know he was selling
He has been a cool pot head for the last 30 or more years I have know him

wow...that would be a dream come true.
400 cars and only a million bucks?
and the property as well?
he catch? He's keen on selling everything, all at once, including the land and the buildings that sit on it, rather than wasting his time trying to deal the vehicles piecemeal to hundreds of potential online tirekickers. The asking price is a cool $1.4 million Canadian (just over $1 million in Yankee bucks)
