64 Polara Front Sway Bar

I,ve attempted to mount an Addco 1/18" Sway bar to the 64 Polara K Frame but it looks pretty flimsy. (angle iron and bolts)
Their installation Diagram is quite Juvenile
Is there a solution /fix for this mount ?
I have a Mount bracket from Rirm Feel but it puts the bar rearward 2" too close to the lower control arm.

Help !

Bit crude looking, but works now for 3+ years on my 64. Paint the pieces black and just enjoy the ride.
