66 plymouth fender tag decode?

a couple of weeks ago I found a site that decodes your tag by filling out all the info then tells you what you have.
now I can't find it. backtracking all over.
nothing!
stock mopar doesn't do 1966. not mymopar either
any know where I was?

Best I've been able to find is the 66/67 Charger source guide site.

It's Charger specific, so won't help with stuff that not shared between Chargers and other B body car lines.

I'd you found a better one, I'd be very interested.
