Just looking at the rad. The number looks like 2785934, if so, that should be a 67 rad, for a b body hemi and 383,440, HI ALT-A/C+ with 492. According to Galen Govier. Hope this helps.
 
Steering Wheel Wrap probably hiding cracks -- made in Mexico radiator cap -- funky battery shield? -- wrong radiator hose clamps -- what's that below the fuel line? -- heater hose clamp on fender-well missing? -- wrong wheels / tires -- wrong battery -- wrong fuel filter -- missing hood insulation? -- missing radio suppressor capacitor? -- wrong windshield wiper motor?. The picture is from a 37,000 mile 67 Charger survivor.

Oh yeah, there is plenty wrong with that thing. BUT, not that can't be corrected.
 
Both are beautiful cars. Theres as much or more wrong with the green one than the black one IMO
