Annoying TV ads part 15

No kidding.
I know that those disclaimers are required by their legal team and the side effects may only occur in .01% of the users but it sure seems odd that the intended result of the drug could actually be making it worse.

Never liked this one. Just another thing to keep me buying a Chevrolet; not that I needed an excuse.

"Do not take *** if you are allergic to ***".

Really?

How would I know?

We have a drinking game-

Every time a pharma ad mentions a side effect of "suicidal thoughts"...

We drink.

It's NOT a game for pantywaists.

Drink two if it's an ad for an anti-depressant.

Who here thinks it might be a bad idea to give a clinically depressed person any chance of having induced suicidal thoughts?
How about the ones where they list all the possible side effects, for ten minutes and then say "and death"!

"Tell your doctor if you've had an organ transplant before taking ***"

If your doctor doesn't know if you've had an organ transplant...I have some bad news for you...

Anyone remember this one from the 1980's?

$9.99 Price, Price, Price, crap for 55-85 y/o
for some life insurance fleecing people

an occasional Car commercial, here it's Elk Grove Ram/Dodge
seemingly good deal on Ram's

a lot of Yota truck commercials, Tacoma & Tundra

a lot of "Datsun"/Nissan commercials, that cute 'blonde broad' in a sporty car

Any and all Jared commercials. For example:

I need some good old fashion Geritol, and a cold Miller highlife to wash it down with! Or a few bluechews and I can chase the Mrs. around the kitchen!

Really?
I like that song. Maybe it left thoughts if the value of the Chevy Sinking like a rock…?
I guess using a rock to sell trucks may seem strange.
I like almost everything from Bob Segar.
I can’t stand Turn The Page though.
In 2011 I was commuting almost 240 miles a day and hating it. The dang song comes on with Bob whining about how hard he has it as a traveling musician and I got pissed…
Yeah Bob…. What a tragedy! You have to travel from town to town singing songs, groupies waiting in your bus after each show but SOME people don’t like you… Waaa Waaa!

The only good thing to come from the scamdemic,is that you can get your beer delivered to your house!

Don't you guys have laws against telling big fat lies in your commercials? :poke:

Here in Michigan, the ever-increasing gambling ads in all formats!

While watching another annoying Wendy's ad the other day, I longed for this long forgotten one...

I just saw an ad for something called Dudewipes. It showed a guy in a car covered in mud turning on the windshield wipers! They are for dudes that need a cleanup in isle 2! Like baby wipes for grown men!

they were originally called azz wipes...... but no one bought any

The commercials are intended to get your attention, it sounds like they are doing an excellent job achieving it.

I don’t remember where I saw this ad, but for some reason, I feel like I need to go out and buy some Bondo.
