well, my seat is my beef. Some how it was overlooked when reupholstered and the sit is wayyyy to soft.

Any way to beef it up after the fact? Or just take it to an upholsterer and let them deal with it? The seat back feels okay with enough support, just the bottom is soft.

Car is 69 runner, deluxe bench with exact repop upholstery in black.

Thanks!

I had the same problem, took in to a upholstery shop, they removed the seat vover, crafted all new foam and replaced the fatigued springs also. I'm happy now and seating at least 3 inches higher

My upholstery guy uses thin layers of temperpedic material to build up seat cushions. Did this for my friends old 911 and it sits nice. Going to do my road runner that way someday.

Yup, high density foam from your upholstery guy. Spring upgrade as well.
he should have no problem re/re your cover.
