Bumper bracket for????

I'm really needing someone's help with this bumper bracket. I have identified a bunch already, that came with a bunch of mopar parts that I purchased. This particular one, I cannot identify. The part number is, 2962514 - R. I have Googled it, eBay'd it, etc.. any help would be greatly appreciated!
