Differeces between 62-65 & 66-70 B-Body 11"x3" Front drum brakes? Interchange?

I have a question about B-Body 11"x3" Front drum brakes. What are the differeces between 66-70 and 62-65 B-body 11" Front Drum set ups? Are knuckles and hubs interchangable? Are the knuckles and hubs from 10" front drum set up different than an 11" set up? Specificly, I can get a setup from a 68 B-body less knuckles? Will the brake support and hub swap onto a 65 B body 10" knuckle? Are the bearing sizes the same? I'm having diffcultly trying to find good info.

i've put the later 11x3 drums/backing plates on a 65 that came with 10" drums. if i remember correctly it was a simple bolt up.
