Looks to be a "Silver Special" car by the silver and charcoal seat covers and door cards. This would also give the car the GTX trim package of bright sill and wheel well moldings, as well as deleting the regular Belvedere II pieces. Some one has added the GTX hood scoops to complete the look. It would likely have had a matching charcoal coloured vinyl top originally.
