Fun driver project : 69 Charger

I feel your pain about the body shop let down/rip-off. Been there done that. It put a black cloud over my progress also, but we must finish, we will finish! Chargers rule!!
P.S. Put those bottom rear corner pieces on as soon as you can while reworking that area to help with their fitment. They are sometimes hard to get right and that can help.

Good luck with this project. I'm also restoring a 69 Charger. One question I have is how easy was the retrofit of the Mustang disk brakes to the Charger? I was considering something similar. Has to be much cheaper to convert than to buy all new ones.

Have a look at this thread. A guy over at DC.com makes brackets for front and rear.

I have both front and rear but so far only have the fronts installed. Works great with the 13.2" front discs (front).

Got a Big block 400 ! Need a stroker set up now !

Very nice work. Looks like you picked a very capable bodyman. Not sure if I missed it, but what color combo are you going with?

Thank you !

Yes my bodyman is a great friends of mine with a lot of talent and very young too (25) !

The car will be B5 blue from 2015 Challenger (still B5 isn't ?) with a white bumblebee-R/T stripe. No vinyle top. Going for a prodaily car slammed on the ground

Nice work on the inner rear fenders, planning on doing something similar but without removing the rear quarter..
