Intake Vacuum port fitting help

I am working my 70 Hemi Bird. Build sht calls out for a #66 fitting ,which is a 2 port.The one in the intake now is a single port. Thebig port is for the power brakes, the smaller port would be for? The vacuum for the head lights? If so the previous owner? Must have bypassed the original setup. I will have to look at my pics.Thanks
