My 64 Fury convertible leaks - no surprise, as it is a convertible. But it really leaks. Some rain is coming in through the windshield wiper opening, and I need to replace the under-dash support for the wiper pivot on the drivers side (looks like a pain). But the other main leak is over the side windows, both sides

The rubber seals in the convertible top above the windows are totally shot - disintegrating to the touch. Anyone used a good replacement or have a source for replacement?

Thanks

Joe Suchy sells weather stripping for early b's along with a number of other vendors. I did replace my wiper pivot seals and they have remained drip free, but I still need to replace all of the rubber components along the top and doors. Driving to a local mopar event in the pouring rain was not fun as the water easily pushed past the front seal above the windshield. I try to avoid rainy days like the plague, but that rainstorm was a surprise.

I bought several seals from Joe - he will supply you well and has a '64 vert as well I believe. I have a '63 and it's a real crapshoot to stop all leaks. I just got some upper seals from him that fit above the vent window corners as otherwise daylight there. I too avoid rainy days much as possible and keep a shower towel under the seat...
