manifold mismatch

I have the correct manifold for my 440 '68 Charger left side. The right side manifold that I have is for 1970-'71 b or C-body. Part number 2899879. The correct number for the right side should be 2806900. Anyone know if these two manifolds have the same configuration, so that I can use the '70-'71 manifold at least temporarily, with out having a problem getting my head pipes to line up? the angle for the "C" body is canted different than the "B" body. patti

Thanks, this is what I feared. I believe I have a handle on the correct one.
