Paint stripe color for 70 RR hood?

My car has gloss black on the bulge, restoration book I have says Organisol, a semi-flat black, is correct. The book, however, is wrong on a few other things so before I re-paint the sucker I want to know what is correct.

Organisol is correct. Is a lightly textured satin black.

Adam you sure Organosol is correct for a 70?

We used a gloss black and added a flattener to it. It produced a real nice semi-gloss finish. I don't think the textured Organisol is correct on the 70 RR and GTX. Here's the drawing specs...

NO, but I was under the impression that all black outs were done with Organasol.

The friend that Greg got his car from knows paint, and knows Mopars. I've got to figure if it was supposed to be it would have been. He's kinda **** that way:grin:
