Good afternoon everyone I need some assistance. I just purchased a Lares pump to replace my old one. The problem is the shaft on the old pump is bigger than the new and the only pulleys I can find are larger in diameter than my old one. I know that a larger pulley turns the pump slower but I’m not 100% sure what the original pulley diameter was. The pulley I have is roughly 4.75.

Any information would be appreciated.

Sounds like you should get the right pump.
