Ive found that my driver side signals and brake light isnt working.
I checked the fuses, and checked the bulb on the brake light, it was ok.
The front marker/signal light... the one in the bumper was corroded really bad and it came out in pieces with pliers. the socket looks ok i soaked it down in wd40 to help break down the corrosion.
I checked voltage ot both sockets (front and back) was getting none.
any suggestions on where i should start looking next. im thinking there might be a connector in the column or under the dash that may be bad.... idk...
The car is a 69 plymouth satallite wagon.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Check your turn signal switch. The contacts can recess and not make contact. This lil issue can drive a sane person crazy

You are not kidding!!! I had an issue with my old 68 Mustang and traced the problem down to a loose rivet inside the switch assembly that held the ring lug in place. Damn was that sneaky!
