Was interesting to be a part of this.....a little at a time. Roughly a 25 ft. boat, approx. 9000 lbs.

A 25 foot boat weighs 9K? And I though C bodies were heavy as land yacht's!
 
Alternate method....you grab the front and I'll lift the back.
 
Did that every year for winter storage with our 26' tempest. Trailer to location, tie transom to trees and pull the trailer out from under the boat while placing blocking. Spring, back trailer in snug and use the winch to pull the trailer under the boat while removing blocking.
 
Also, not a snowball’s chance in hell that boats weighs 9,000 lbs.
