Torque rod floor pan hole diameter???

Converting my '71 Satellite to floor shift auto, can anyone tell me what the diameter of the torque rod hole through the floor pan should be?

Does anyone have a console car that they could measure the hole from and let me know what diameter?

My 74 had an indent that showed where the hole should be. I just had to cut that out.
