where can I get heater floor door vacuum pod

attached are pics of the vacuum pod I am looking for - One of the vacuum ports on the face is broken off

the vacuum actuator controls the large vent on the top as shown in pics - any help greatly appreciated

Here's a couple pics of what I think you need with part #, I have two here one nos n a used one from a 68 charger a/c box, this pod will fit 66-70 units
