yes, I got them from Partsman. but he told me that he ordered them from another party. which is located in Calif.
Now , If needed I have his phone numbers. his and his wife's. they both contacted me when I heard about the problem and shut down my PayPal Account. But he had already sent them , so they were on there way. He told me that there is a person in his home state that has something against him. so is spreading falsehoods. But I Know nothing of that, only that I did receive what I was promised. Many Thanks my friends. and Merry Xmas, C

I think we need to take a breather on this for a minute. Posting someone's phone number and especially their address is illegal. It's called doxxing and I'm pretty sure that what's happened here. Taking the next step to contact his landlord is also a form cyberstalking and harassment. I know the situation seems real sketchy and a quick google search of his name and/or e-mail turned up some strange things, but that's not enough evidence to crucify the guy. On top of it all 63SPF got the parts he paid for. Reusing pictures from around the internet to sell your parts is dishonest and kind of scummy, but not outrageous.

I just don't want any of us to cross a bridge too far, so to say, and get into any real trouble.

Glad you got your parts. However he needs to learn better business practices for sure. I don't feel I did anything wrong because he has yet to explain to me why he stole my pictures from e-bay and posted those used parts as his own on this site.

First was his tracking number on the headers showed shipped from California. #2 His new parts listed were generic photos taken from the Web. #3 His listing for the used headlamp doors were my parts still my possession and were my photos. More than enough to question what was going on. Something still is very fishy.

Seems to be the case as you saying....flipping weird.....The shipping and the little you would make would be nickels or even pennies....You would have to sell thousands of parts to make anything...

I think maybe the mods can reinstate him. I would allow him to post on this thread as to exactly why he did & what he did in reference to my parts so everyone knows. I for sure would like a good explanation as would many others on here. Sure is strange.

Completely, agree! Allow him to clear the confusion up and the picture usage.....And if we are wrong than we are wrong and can easy apologize....There is a fair amount of confusion around this whole situation...

I will disagree as he did not own the parts he posted on here FOR SALE I Do and he used my pictures showing them as his. My pictures are also on the lots of MOPAR sites with the same background image part after part. He does not own them and if the deal went bad I could have easily been the one who all of a sudden someone says "hey I know those pics that's not the guy who did you wrong it's QuickBpBp"

If I found pictures of my car for sale by somebody else, I would have a problem with that. Regardless of whether I had it listed somewhere or not. That IS false advertising of a product. You can't sell something you don't own. If you make a deal to become a middleman, you may have the right to advertise and sell such item. But until then, you are advertising something you do not have for sale. Even being a non arranged middleman may find the parts are sold prior to his own deal being completed.

He had outside door handles listed here for I think $78. I asked if they were NOS and he said yes. I asked him to send me actual pics of the handles with the part # and pentastar. No response from him. I found the same picture he used on ebay for handles for $57. I PM'd him since we're not supposed to make negative comments in for sale posts per forum rules. I asked him about the ebay listing. He told me he used their pic in his ad here and that I should buy those. A couple of days later, another member PM's me, giving me a heads up that they're the same pic on ebay. We both smelled a rat.

I think he's just flipping the parts he finds on ebay and drop shipping them to the buyer off forums and picking up a few bucks. Pretty enterprising but not too smart using the same pics as on the original listing he's drop shipping from.

Were the E bay door handles a "buy it now"? May be he's selling stolen parts.
