Finaly hit the open road after hundreds of hours building this car. Put about 50 miles on a test drive with zero issues and put it away for the night all smiles.
Hopped back in for a quick blast at lunch and promptly sized the rear end in the middle of the road...

That's a 440 with whiplash camshaft. 4 speed overdrive. 1975 a833 the only year cast iron o/d. Brewer's hooked me up with the front bearing retainer to fit the bellhousing. Plus the fork, pivot, clutch, flywheel and some other odd n ends.

50 years has not been kind to my dashboard wireing harness. Lots of wires leading nowhere and the power pack for the electroluminescent lights is MIA.
It looks as though someone has just clipped the gauge lamps and wired them all together directly to 12v and put 12v bulbs in.

Removed the top trim for a cleaner look.
Welded the quarters front to back working in small sections, and welded all the holes in the doors and fenders. Very happy with the result.
