Regarding my 1969 318 engine: I need to know what position the counterweight manifold heat control valve is in when it is open. My counterweight moves freely all the way counterclock wise toward the engine to clockwise away from the engine. I would rather not move the Y pipe to determine what position should the counterweight be for the baffle to be in the open position.
