I run almost the same jetting. 78 p and 95 s with a 9.5 PV with 0.088 pvrc's. And it's rich at wot (12:1). My high speed is way down at 0.022.

have you tried adding fuel?

Your high speed air bleed is a 0.022 right?
A 9.5 PV?? thats high, so you must have high vaccum right?
What says the 0.088 pvrc?
For now, I am not into the last details of a carb. Still learing, I hope..

No I have 5 vacuum at idle and about 14 or so while cruising. Pvcrs are the power valve chanel restrictors. The fuel passages when the power valve opens.

didn`t read all these posts, but, I got bigger exhaust than that on a 505" wedge !
