Extremely Rotted Fender Tag - Possible 69 R/T Charger w/ 4spd & Track Pak?

I would get a reproduction fender tag for your car seeing that you have the original tag as proof of how the car was originally equipped.

I was planning on it! Then have it painted/color matched as close as possible. Just thankful the original tag can still be decoded when turned upside down.

Any recommendations for a repop tag?
I understand Gallen Govier offers the tag and also Datatags / Fender Tags Reproduced but wasn't sure who the "go to" tag guy was?
