found build sheet

I am working on a 1969 GTX for the original owner. While checking the car over we found that the original correct build sheet was under the rear seat back. We also found another build sheet under the rear seat bottom. We would like to try to connect that sheet with the owner of that car. It is a car a few cars after his car. It is a white car with air conditioning and automatic. If anyone can prove ownership we will send the build sheet at no cost. VIN RS23L9G153962
