Thank you to my friends who reached out by PM, I appreciate it more than I can express. Selling this car I thought I'd never sell is a marker for an even bigger change in my life, relationship wise.

PM replies or requests for additional information ONLY please via PM.
Asking $43k
I have had my Lemon Twist 70 Roadrunner for 9 years, and have worked to improve it since I got it.
Unfortunately circumstances are such that I am being forced to sell it.
Also unfortunately the 71 stock bore 440 block w/6bbl intake and by the offset of the harmonic balancer, 6bbl rotating assembly unexpectedly threw a rod in early October.
The description, additions, upgrades, and changes I've made are as follows:
1970 V-Code Roadrunner. 71 440, "6 pack" crank and rods, 292°/.509 Purple Stripe cam, CompCams flat tappet hyd. lifters, springs, 10° locks and retainers. 1 7/8" ceramic coated TTi headers w/Doug's 3"electronic cutouts, 4.10 Dana 60, Strange diff cover, Passon Performance a855 5 speed, Viking B-202 Double adjustable front, B517HF XS Triple adjustable rear shocks, Wraptor serpentine belt and accessory system, Vintage Air A/C, Borgeson Power Steering, Hydramax T.O. bearing conversion, HitMaster launch control, McLeod RXT dual disc clutch, Calvert split mono leaf springs and sliders, Assassin traction bars, Dakota Digital gauges, Strange Engineering chromoly driveshaft and yokes, 1350 U-Joints, Wilwood 4 wheel 6 piston caliper manual disc brakes, Line lock, Cold Case radiator, dual 11" SPAL electric fans w/Dakota Digital controller,
Mancini Racing driveshaft loop, US Car Tools subframe connectors, front and rear torque boxes. QA1 K-member and front suspension w/SPC UCAs. FBO ignition system, aluminum 6bbl intake and Promax modded Holley carbs, Promax upper and lower stainless braided fuel lines, Carter M6903 mech fuel pump, Innovate Motorsports dual wideband O2 system, Blue Thunder console, Scat Procar bucket seats.

The picture directly above this, w/the shark mouth, was taken the day before it threw a rod.

I'm going to point out some of the costs and details of equipment, systems, and parts that are installed on the Roadrunner.
The Passon a855 5 speed transmissions, if you can get one, are around $6k. The McLeod RXT dual disc clutch and pressure plate is almost $1k. It has an American Powertrain Hydramax hydraulic clutch conversion and along with the dual disc clutch makes it easy to operate yet has incredible grip. I also have the HitMaster launch control system installed, and while I never made it to the track to use it, it definitely works.

It has Vintage Air installed, and I used the AC the night before the engine broke, and it blew cold in the swampy heat of the Gulf south. It has a CVF AC compressor, because it's so much nicer looking than the Vintage Air piece, and the Black Diamond Wraptor serpentine belt and accessories system, w/AC, PS, and 140V alternator is $2,075 on their site today. This is the Wraptor on the Roadrunner:

The thermostat housing is polished billet aluminum and has a rubber O-ring seal that is set into a machined gap in the base. It seals flawlessly, is reusable, and requires no other gasket or sealant.
The Dakota Digital RTX is their TOP of the line gauge system, with so many options for color combinations, all selectable, and features beyond the other gauge systems they have you'd have to read about it on their site. $1,795

I also have the DD electric fans control module installed, which uses Bluetooth control for setup w/their free app.

The 2x 11" fans are SPAL and I wouldn't consider ANY other brand. It has a 17" compact blade design flex fan as well. I have a Mopar Performance fan shroud that comes with the car. I never had a chance to install it. Another DD app makes the myriad of options for the guages easy to setup how you want to. I have it set for blue numbers with red needles during the day, and red at night so it doesn't diminish night vision. I also have 2 DD modules that the Innovate Motorsports dual wideband O2 system can connect to. This is because the RTX can display whatever data you select on a tablet or smartphone, and having the A/F ratio in real time available under the hood can help when making carburetor adjustments. It's a BIG deal, so if you want to know more, look here:
This is a short video that shows it working in my car @ the 15 seconds mark:

...and more information is available here:
1968- 70 Dodge Charger, Super Bee, Coronet R/T, 1970 Plymouth GTX and Road Runner

The Strange driveshaft, front slip yoke, and rear Dana 60 pinion yoke are all chromoly steel, with 1350 solid U-Joints. All of that was around $1,600 It has a Mancini Racing driveshaft loop installed.
The QA1 tubular K-member and front suspension system came from Summit Racing. Instead of QA1 upper control arms, I have SPC UCAs because they offer more adjustment. I also have Viking double adjustable front shocks, and Viking triple adjustable rear shocks. The 4 Viking shocks were about $2,200. This shows the THREE adjusters for the Xtreme Street rear shocks:

I just had the front suspension professionally aligned at a local Goodyear shop that a decades long friend manages, and he has an outstanding alignment mechanic who had done my friend's Duster and took it from dangerous to drive to race track ready with one alignment service. He did a great job on the Roadrunner and it tracks straight and steers great.
I had US CarTools front and rear torque boxes installed, and Andy F's leaf spring mount reinforcement plates installed. It also has US CarTools subframe connectors welded in.
The CalTracs mono leaf springs and Assassin traction bars work great, and together is about another $1,700.
I planned on having this car forever, but unfortunately I have to sell it.
I'm posting that because EVERYTHING I have done, added, selected was done with the intention of having only the BEST possible parts and systems installed.
This is "one of those" opportunities for someone to get an awesome car.
Please, PM ONLY any questions, comments, and for those who have already sent a PM, I will call or reply today.

Pix just taken.
The only rust is on the trunk floor, and on the driver's side inner fender from a former leaking master cylinder. It now has a complete Wilwood brake system, with SIX piston calipers on ALL 4 wheels.
