Starting a new project 64 Savoy

Making some progress. Have the car on the ground, engine/transmission in and rear end in. All the under dash/heater/wiper stuff in. Dash assembly going in Friday. Installing the head liner Monday along with the front and back windows.

holy cow.... you've gotten a lot done. It's looking fantastic.

I remember another car, not too long ago, sitting in that very spot!

If this one turns out as nice as the '62, no doubt it's going to, she'll be Sweet!

Really coming together and looking fantastic. Way to go on a job well done!

getting a little a head of schedule got the dash assembly in today, hope to get the bumpers and grill in by Friday.

I so jealous... I'd love to be putting mine together. My brother hasn't had time to get my rear end welded and put back together. Now he has to have hernia surgery soon. I may not be able to get it back together for Mopars at the Red Barns. :( I may have to come by and drive one of yours for you RVW. :D

Bumpers on, window glass installed and Headliner installed. Now on to finishing up the exhaust system, parking brake and final torquing of the suspension components. Bleed the brakes and should have it moving under it's own power by June 1st. Not to bad progress for having the car home from paint for a month.

You've done a fabulous job of the Savoy RVW. There's a lot of high end work going on there and it is showing. The front wheels go with the car and nails the nostalgia look. And you keep pulling out and installing very nice hard to find pieces too!

Got the Savoy moving under her own power today. Need to finish the interior and and some more trim pieces, work out the bugs then hit the streets. Hoping to have it ready for a show mid September

Beautiful '64. Just ran across this thread. I've started on a '64 Savoy recently. I've been looking at different colors, can't say I've ever seen the dark tuquiose. Really nice.

Got the look. Really nice job. Color looks good on that year.

64 Savoy Done! took it to it's first show this week end
