5 days is more than enough to lose prime. You have already run it some so i would just start it and let it run. Pull a valve cover maybe and watch for oiling.
 
Turns out I probaly shouldn’t be working on cars, I guess the dizzy wasn’t seated all the way so it wasn’t fully engaging the oil pump, pulled it again last night set it in place, bumped the starter and it fell into place, timing is a bit off but still but at least I have oil pressure now....
 
**** happens...
 
Doesn’t help that the dizzy is on the back of the block and in a recessed part of the firewall. Had to Used a bore scope to drop the screws for the cap in
