Well I'll be.........

Hey Will, next we'll be seeing your car on the cover of every MOPAR magazine there is. I think a good place for your award to sit is right next to that "comfortable " T shirt. hehehehe. Oh wait, you're still hiding that from the wife, right?

Congrats on your major award, Will!!

You def. are one of the really great, deserving guys that should get accolades for all the hard-work you put into Skeletor.

Thanks Mar and Roger!!.......appreciate it guys. And wow, thanks again all you Fella's!! I definitely appreciate it. I always look forward to coming to FFBO and sharing all of our experiences. This is just a great place, and i'm glad I was able to share the build with you folks and truly enjoy watching all the others.

Speaking of Builds....Been several months since I finished off the bird, so was really starting to get that resto itch. Don't want to jump the gun or anything, but I did just very recently make an over the phone handshake deal on my next one, with a fellow FBBO-FABO member. Not going to mention names, makes or models yet (being the deal is in such infancy), but here's a little altered clue of the car:

*The T-Shirt lives out in the garage with the roadrunner roger. They're sorta pals now...lol

The story you are about to hear is true. The names (and pictures) have been changed to protect the innocent.

Congrats Prop! You and your RR deserve that award. I know what you mean about "not looking for awards" but entering in more shows will give other Mopar nuts the opportunity to see your great car.

Over the many years (since 80's) that I have been going to and volunteering in car shows, I have been disappointed that there were not as many Mopars in the show as there should be (saw many parked on the streets around the show). So we need Mopar owners to enter shows even if they aren't Mopar featuring or exclusive shows.

Congrats on the award Will/Prop, I'll toot your horn for ya, freaken' awesome ride

Yup,
A real "sinister" look on that Runner!
What did the Chevy guys think when they saw that in their rear view mirror approaching fast?
That is scary mean and intimidating looking!

Hey Prop . . . I'll place a bet that the award is only the first of MANY to come in the future - what you've done with your car is nothing short of amazing ! !

Congratulations for the award - but I feel that it was WELL deserved ! ( no, I didn't have to see your competition either ! ( smile ) )

A big X2

Prop, I didn't know you had a black 69 runner too.. Nice car.:headbang:

You bet Paladin. Thanks! I guess if mine's the Wicked Witch of the North, that would make Pearl the Wicked Witch of the West. Still working on recruiting a squadron of flying monkeys though....but with the new hires at work, things are looking pretty optimistic.

Thanks Ski! Guys in the Chev's are usually pretty decent, same with the Ford's. It's the Plastic Ninja Warriors that always seem to want to play. That's when things get all Chuck Norris.

You're real close tallhair, but yeah it will be nice working on something of my own again. Gonna be a real busy year....Car to build, Road & Shed to build up north, 700 tree's to plant behind my house...ect..ect.. Don't mind the work, but sure hope the weather cooperates.

prop congrats to you and your ride well deserved :headbang:

Well deserved congratulations on your award and a job well done.

I'm sure I'm not alone among FBBO members and fellow Mopar owners who bought a car with most or all the hard work already done on the restoration for whatever reason. So, I for one would like to say how much I admire you for your hard work and dedication to your project. I certainly look up to you and appreciate all your advice on these forums.

You are certainly an inspiration to us all. Good luck on your future projects.
