It needs a HEMI !!!!!

I am offering my services to look at it, if anyone wants. I'm pretty sure it's off 1604, not to far from my place.

That's not very big tank for Texas..... :D

For those that think an AR-15 just isn't quite enough home protection firepower! I'd love to own this baby. Problem is, now you have to get on uship.com or similar shipping search, and see if there is a guy with the right equipment to transport this beast!

I wonder if this tank could have the ability for a three-point hitch and a PTO, so I could hook up a brush hog to mow the pasture with? That would be fun!

It can do almost 70 mph. Drive it home

450l per100km? I would have to take a loan on the house to feed it! It would be fun to shoot, though.
is that 100 gallons for 40 miles? Just approx

If I had an extra 20 g's laying around I'd buy it in a heart beat , just leave it parked in the drive way and when the people come around Sunday morning I'll sit out in it and just follow them with the turret. Bet that would be the last time they come down my street . He he he

The listing was flagged . I wonder why

a bunch of chumps,, it's a free country. 98,000 lbs of iron in the driveway, what is the problem? Being a Russian tank?

118 gals / 62 miles = .5 mi / gal Ouch!

But......... with the low gas prices today, and you would likely be the only one on the block with this street rod!

We used to call those "Slappers". They had an automatic loading system that worked faster than loaders could get rounds into position, and they had a nasty habit of tearing the lower arm off the loader and jamming it into the breech instead of a shell, so the worst that could happen is a hand would come flying out and slap you in the face. :) The loading system on the Slappers was so hated the loaders would shut it off and load manually, which gave the tank the slowest firing rate of any tank in it's class.

Where off of 1604 would this be Coronet? CL has deleted this advertisement. Thing is that Tank looks to be in almost new condition! The T72 I recovered with my team in Iraq back in Desert Storm was a POS compared to this one!

You DID read what the fuel mileage is, right??? 450l/100km - 118 gallons US per 61 miles, or 1/2 mile per gallon. So, 900 gallons (for me) at $2.66/gallon for Diesel #2 = $2,394.00 for the trip home. I'll pass.

THIS would be killer at the Saturday Cars-n-Coffee gathering. Bonus points to run over a passel of exotics, in the process!

We were told it was a 3 man crew and didn't use a "Human" loader. Each time the main gun was fired it had to fully elevate the main gun to allow the "auto loader" to ram another round in the tube. This caused the gunner to loose his target acquisition. This caused a distinct disadvantage if the T-72 crew missed it's target on the first round, since they couldn't "fire and adjust" using the impact area of the last round as a guide to where they should aim for the next shot.

I'd LOVE to have it........................

Couldn't afford to feed it though. LOL
