opinions please....

So, to wing or not to wing? My bud stopped by earlier and was drooling over the 66 charger tail light mock up and asked if I was going to place a spoiler on the trunk deck. I had not thought of it. So we mocked one up on the spot out of a 3/16 x 6 plate. The ends would be shorter and curled up to match the curl of the quarters.Opinions?

I would have to see it but as of now... no wing. I'm not a real big fan of even the factory wings on various Mopars so I guess I just don't like wings.

I'm a fan of wings to break up some colors...but certain body styles do better without them. Yours is one of them IMHO

he had the idea when I showed him the gas cap that has "JET FUEL ONLY" engraved into the rim. He thought they would go together since the cap is up on the top of the left quarter between trunk lid and quarter edge.

I like the look of a modern tail light bar but the wing is like a Bikini on a fat girl. Sorry just doesn't cut it.

Not on a 67 it would be out of place unless you are doing a total pro mod / resto mod and doing a lot of un factory mods.

Yeah Ghost - not a wing guy here either. I don't like them on most cars. Yours is definitely better off and sweet enough with out the distraction.
