What's your claim to fame?

Oh how 'bout this! In 1989, I sold my 1968 "stone-stock" 426 Hemi Coronet R/T 4-speed, Dana car for a whopping $5000 and bought a 2nd hand Chevy Celebrity and thought I was "movin' on up". I'm still kicking myself.
A Celebrity?? Can we kick you too??:realcrazy::poke:

still working on mine....... you guys will be the first to know if I achieve fame before I die..... clock be ticking

The following people have been in my place of business over the years:
Wayne Gretzky
Darrell Waltrip
William H Macy
Robert Plant (twice)
James Hetfield
Kenny Chesney
Tanya Tucker
Mac Davis

I got Barbra Eden's {Jeannie} autograph when I was like 7 y/o
:carrot:I think that was my peak :bananadance:

I'm a musician. Played in a lot of bands since the 60's. Then I got into electronic music in the 80's, built my own recording studio, recorded two albums and promoted myself, (100's of copies sold)....then I gave up the keyboards but I still play drums and guitar.
Last year a guy from Italy contacted me about buying the rights to re-issue my stuff on vinyl, we agreed on the terms and he has released both albums on his indie label......you can google me, also find this on U-tube....if you like Tangerine Dream, Klaus Shultze, Jean Michel Jarre, Kitaro, etc....you might like it.
I forgot, I am the limo driver in Rocky III.

I was a bartender in the movie Eddie and the Cruisers. I worked as a bartender at Tony Marts where parts of it were filmed...I was known as Joe Stone...a famous character there as well :fool:

Before that I was contacted by Guidepost magazine to do an article about me. Can't remember how they got my info, but I think the guy was looking at backpacking sites (I also have a BP website) and saw it there. They interviewed my via phone and they wrote the article. They also wanted somebody to do a short video. Wasn't happy about it because of my stroke (communication/talking is tough at times), but I agreed. Here's the article and there is a video on the bottom.

Watch videos of being a helicopter live-line Lineman.
Doesnt make me famous, but in the 80's I was one of a handful 500KV > certified.

Now the best I can look forward to is meeting RC @ Carlisle, and someday an autograph!
