Medical update on Bladecutter

Let me be the first to say I don't want anyone to post "this thread is worthless without pictures". Some places camera's are not meant to go and that is one of them. A few on this site have posted several other examples where there shouldn't have been cameras also. We can post names if needed.

Cancer sucks. You may not win every battle, but sounds like your holding your own in the war. Keep going strong!

All will go well, think positive, smoke lots of smokables, and continue to be the stubborn S.O.B. we all know and love. Best of luck Jim:fool:

One word Jimi, “Implants”. Works for women and men. Though they are worthless on some women (not to mention any names like the minority leader of the house). Prayers sent your way on a continuing basis my friend!

Glad to hear the good news on your progress! Keep fighting the good fight!

I'm wishing you the best of everything Bladecutter!

Got last week's pet-scan results yesterday. The bone cancer is showing no activity, no cancer cells reproducing. However it is NOT remission. Most likely I will have to remain on the Keytruda IV's for a long time, maybe indefinitely, to keep things in a 'cold war' state.
My 65th birthday is coming in May, so I have to sign up for Medicare. I started the process & Social Security is calling me back on March 1st for a phone interview/application & yeah, I'm sweating the transition because I can't handle interruption in treatments. Social Security might tell me to **** off.
Overall, my Oncologist is happy, said He was surprised to see the no activity status. They could not get a decent image of my bladder however, because of the reflectivity of the titanium rod in my right femor, so I'm going to speak to my Primary & see if I can't schedule a bladder scope(camera up the dick)to better check the bladder walls. Peace
Hey Jimi, that is good news! I am glad to hear that your body and the meds are holding cancer at bay. Early happy birthday to you, my wife and step-daughter both have birthdays in May. As they said back in our day, "keep on keepin' on"!!!

You've been on this journey for awhile, but you fighting the good fight! Nice to see the cancer is not progressing. Keep at it and the bug too!

Cheers,

Hawk

Just got out of hernia(right inguinal since 1999)about 3 hours past.
Piece of cake. I did do some choking coming out from under anesthisia.

Oh man...last time I came out of anesthesia I farted my *** off!!! Good to see you posting again!

Good to hear from you. Still on the proper side of the soil.
Only a tough guy goes 20 years with a hernia! Ouch

Feel better Jimi !!!

Thanks for bringing this good news here to your friends.
I had your procedure done and it was indeed a piece of cake. (I spank myself for having put it off for as long as I did).
Some few here comment a lot but I'm sure that many more are just readers --and they to -I'm sure-appreciate hearing about your continuing healing as well.
Please continue to be -as strange as you are- :) but do not become a stranger here. Cheers.
