My niece 49 Years old was reversing a tipper up to the tip face & the brakes failed .
The truck went down 14 meters multiple skull fractures ,bleeding on the brain ,broken neck ,torn spinal cord, broken ribs ,punctured both lungs flown to Perth they have stabilised her spine & cleared her lungs of fluid ,she is still in an induced coma & will go into the skull today & try to pinpoint the brain bleeds .
From an active girl to life in a nursing home . So sad

Praying for Naomi. God can work miracles. 6 weeks ago my 18yr old nephew had his brakes fail on his motorcycle overseas in southeast asia. He was just riding 2 blocks to his friend's and didn't wear his helmet. Crashed into a tree, hit his head, massive head trauma. Bleeding on brain, delayed brain surgery due to rural area, surgery lasted 8hrs in operating room. He recovered and is doing great. No mental or other physical effects. We can't believe it. We thought he was a goner, but prayed earnestly and he beat the odds.

Hoping God can also show grace here and Naomi can also beat the odds with the love and support of her friends and family

This is just a tragic story to read.
Life is so incredible and so very sad sometimes.
