After getting the 6 small bolts out ,what do you need to do to get the pulleys loose and off ?

In order to bypass my factory AC compressor from my 1967 Charger 383 , I need to change the bottom 4 belt pulley setup . Do I have to remove the large balancer bolt and the 6 small bolts to get these pulleys off? I’ve read conflicting things about this issue. Thanks

My intake is 2806301, the hard starting when the engine is cold ,is something new.It starts ok when it’s warm,but if it just sits overnight it’s really hard to start.Has anyone tried the AVS 2 carbs.that are on EBay for half the cost of an Eldelbrock.

We found that the guy that rebuilt the engine put the intermediate shaft in wrong and the rotor was pointing one wire off on the distributor cap,we took care of that issue and the car is running.Thanks for all your input!

I agree with the possibility of one of the parts I changed being bad . I replaced the vacuum advance because was bad .The points actually had a spur on them that looked like a tiny icycle. I should have replaced one part at a time,and tried to start the car after changing each part . I have to...
