I thought some of the Mopar Pumps were Variable Pressure ? @ Lower RPM higher boost to assist parking ( or parking lot ) that dropped off @ Higher RPM when it really wasn't needed as much ? ( I just bumped into the post looking around ) , questioning my memory now !
You can control the environment - but the point I was getting at is you can change how the paint or flakes lay down on the panels by speeding up or slowing down your mix using the correct reducer for the temperature you're spraying in , if it dries too slow you can have flakes sagging just like...

Apples & Oranges - old days the flake was buried in the color ! BC/CC your laying that flake @ multiple directions on top of and in the color depending on the reducer/temp/humidity, that flake can end up drying laying up on top or float down into the color ? ( flop is 1 way we describe it ) then...

Your plugs probably fouled from lack of a hot spark from the coil to the distributor, double check cap & rotor etc. Glad it's better - happy cruising !
Definitely need mitigation, and I'm not able to check the engine for you - I would believe that there is another issue you should run tests to find - glad it seems OK, too much pressure ! Oil seals leaking coming next , pull the plugs and do a compression test @ a minimum - possible head...
Definitely need to find / fix the cause of excessive pressure - either your complete pcv system was failing : clogged pcv/hose/no vacuum on the hose or breather not letting air in ? You need to find the root problem B4 it can be fixed ! I always run exhaust vacuum valves in my header...
