I will buy some ratcheting combo wrenches and give those a try. I feel better having walked away and mowing the grass . The switch is definitely bad; the plunger is pushing the guts out the back of the switch housing.

My 67 Belvedere convertible has 9” with chrome base. It may be a situation where the factory used whichever size was available.

I am in need of both rear plastic panels for a 1967 Plymouth Belvedere convertible; I figure any B Body from 1966 to 1970 will do. The panels need to be in good driver quality condition (no cracks or broken pieces). The color doesn't matter, but I would like to have the interior lights...

Do you still have the rear interior panels for the convertible? Also, I need the rear window regulator with the chrome. What state are you located in since the panels will need to be picked up? Thanks.

Ditto regarding Spectra. Out of the box, mine would not register more than half a tank when full. I purchased because they were supposed to be "the best"; sorely disappointed.
