I ended buying the distributor from Jegs.
Very Very nice unit, it was a kit that came with everything.
The Transistor box was good to 7000 RPM and the distributor is about a 1/2 inch higher than stock which made it a lot easier to get the cap on, plus it is polished.
I think it was around...
I just bought it at Christmas time, I’ve done a lot of cosmetic work on it and didn’t start driving it till about 4weeks ago. That’s win I found that all the fuel tank rubber was junk. I pretty sure that all the leaks are fixed because of the positive pressure it gets.
I’ll get under it again...
Mine does Not have that system or even a place for it to be installed. I think your correct from going through my old memory banks a black 4 or 5 inch diameter cylinder with braided hoses. Yep, mine doesn’t have it. The fuel tank itself pressurizes when I run it, I would think it should not do...
1974 Charger SE.
Hi all, I have replaced every hose, seal, grommet clamp and no longer see any leaks but the garage smells like fuel every time I open the door and when I take it to work when I get off you can smell the fumes in the car.
The sender has one outlet and there is a vent hose on top...
It’s a 74 SE.
I think I’ll just leave it the way it is.
The car is totally original and it came with all the paperwork since birth and I’m the fifth owner which I would think is pretty remarkable.
The reason I went to SMS was because they have the original patterns. My car is still in the body shop. I just want all the pieces when I get it back, it still has a lot to get done
