There are thousands of miles of abandon rail in America, some of the older narrow gauge stuff still exist here in Texas as I am sure there is elsewhere. It would be cool to be able to operate on both standard and narrow gauges. Need to join a few of the railroad groups to get good information...

Panel bond adhesive, the stuff they use to install door hinges these days. 3M sells it in a calking type tube. I have used it to repair trim studs, works great just wear disposable gloves!

Wonder if you could fit F1 type jacks with wheels to assist in moving off/on tracks.

I know that Bruce Toth makes an adapter for SRT manifolds on a 318 Poly, Has any ever seen SRT exhaust on an LA engine? I have a few sets of the SRT exhaust, both Dodge and Jeep and was wondering about the possibility of using them on an LA engine. This is in my '70 W200 so room is not an issue.

If you are going the pneumatic route using 3/4" - 1" remember that you will need to use larger hoses from the compressor to get enough volume for the tool to develop it's full torque capacity.

Roof leaking, ran behind the insulation 10 or 12 feet over and leaking on the floor. Had to cut away insulation until I found the leak. Wasn't exactly sure where the leak was so I setup yard sprinklers on the roof and spraying on the walls. Was able to get enough flow thru the leak to trace it...
