    Quarter post window Seals

I just did mine, once you get the old seals out the new ones slide in the channels easilly if you soap them. On mine they were longer than necessary, I made sure they were pushed in tightly, not stretched before I cut off the excess rubber. Cut them a touch longer so when they shrink there is no...

The car had about 20K miles when I bought it for $1800 and all I did was change the wheels to a set of Cragars and drop the front torsion bars a little...

I was looking at a kit that comes with a reproduction cap assembly, bracket, trim plate and the seal, I just hope the quality of the cap is good.

Can you stuff a BB Mopar into a Prius? I saw a Hemi with a shaker hood in a Mercedes once. Think I'll go for the pit stop cap. Thanks to all for the encouragement and the chance to have a little fun ranting. My first Satellite was a 66 yellow with painted black top, 383 4 speed 323 suregrip, it...

Retrofit 67 gtx fuel cap to 66 satellite

Hawk, don't get me started on the great state of California and their "infinite wisdom". I'm a shop owner and working smog tech, doing business under the all seeing eye of the BAR (bureau of auto repair) it's a real trip. I've been told the california air resources board meets every tuesday in...

Retrofit 67 gtx fuel cap to 66 satellite

I also am in the great state of Cal, with the same problem with the pump nozzles and the verticle filler opening on the side of the car. I look at it this way, I'll be wiping the spilled gas off something I like the looks of when I install the GTX cap assembly.
