I don't have some of those holes in the rad cradle. This is my brother's 70 Coronet. It has a 22 inch rad cradle and I believe it hasn't been touched.

The lower bolts are 5/16-18 x 1.00 hex head SEMS (bolt to 5/16-18 U-nut on the angle bracket on cross brace)

On a 70 it is a factory hole. The clutch (neutral) safety switch wire goes through the firewall to the starter relay. You can see the grommet on the switch wire in the attached pic. For automatics it is not drilled and is just a dimple in the firewall.
Not on the firewall (probably wouldn't hurt to add one). For 1970 the engine ground was part of the negative battery cable and attached to the rad cradle.
