70 Super Bee Rear Window Interior Trim Installation Question (moved from tech discussion forum)

Does anyone have pics of how they installed new rear window interior trim/molding and if it was the windlace or the 6 piece molded set. I have a 70 Super Bee that needs new trim. there is no current bottom piece on the car and I can't see how to even attach a new bottom piece. The side pieces...

1970 Super Bee 383 Auto Stalling when hot

Just a quick follow up on my stalling problem. I just decided to buy an ignition kit and replace everything. It solved the problem. Not sure what the culprit was so figured I’d replace everything new.

1970 Super Bee 383 Auto Stalling when hot

We only had the car one day before taking it out. It had 1/4 tank of gas and we put in about 6 gallons of premium. I don’t know how well it ran before we got it. My guess is it wasn’t run for a while. We’re sending it back to the place we bought it and having them diagnose and fix the problem...

We do love the look of the split grill and the scoops. We’re just getting to know the car inside and out. We don’t know too much on the history but do know the car was garage kept for the last 23 years.

Thanks for the info... The coil seems to be the consensus here.

Vapor lock was my first suspicion. I can try a few simple things but will need to leave the more complex diagnostics to a professional.

1970 Super Bee 383 Auto Stalling when hot

Not sure if this problem is being discussed in another thread. Bought a 1970 Super Bee 383 automatic. Took it out yesterday. drove 5 miles to gas station. Put premium in then drove another 4 miles (45 mph). The engine just shut off going up a hill. Had to coast to the side. The car started back...

Thanks... We do love the look and the lines on this car. Having a little engine trouble at the moment. Wants to stall out going down the road. It starts back up but stalls about every half mile (the stalling begins after about 5-8 miles into the ride). I need to start tracing the problem.
