Easy, remove the rear seat cover, straighten the the mounting tabs, slide off the the backing plate, then pull medallion off from the front. The hardest part of installing them is finding the courage to poke holes in in your new seat covers.

Forgive my ignorance on this subject. Wouldn't a fender tag for 1969 Road Runner painted Petty Blue show paint code 99. Didn't they use 99 for all special ordered colors? If they did, how do you prove what the actual special ordered color was?
I know I thought about buying them to have as spares. Also I have had good luck contacting sellers of closed adds that were not marked sold. I would say about 80% of the time they still have the part and are still willing to sell it. I't doesn't hurt to ask.
